Update uuid

uuid needs to be updated, because npm has been speweing out deprecation warnings. Yeah sure it still works, but it's only a matter of time before it starts conflicting with something, or a security issue gets found.

npm warn deprecated uuid@3.4.0: Please upgrade  to version 7 or higher.  Older versions may use Math.random() in certain circumstances, which is known to be problematic.  See https://v8.dev/blog/math-random for details.

It's only used once so it should be fairly easy to do.

This package was apparently updated quite recently, so I guess the documentation hasn't reflected that yet. You (author) said it yourself: c'est la vie 😀

apologies for the (incredibly) late response; I get so many GH notifications, this either got buried or didn't come up; at any rate, I'll update uuid now, and it's interesting that gulp-msbuild is no longer blacklisted - the original rationale was that the gulp team thought that plugins shouldn't call out to system utilities, so that's why it was originally stricken; I guess someone finally had a shining moment of sense.
