Red warning on startup: incompatible with mod not subscribed to #162

Describe the bug
Exception in custom XML loader for ModManager.Incompatible. Node is: Better Spots
Expected behavior
As I'm no longer even subscribed to that mod, why then is it popping up a red error box on game start?
This doesn't happen with ModSwitch
Steps to reproduce
- Subscribe to better spots mod
- Try to run game, get red error box
- Unsubscribe from mod, try to run game, still get red error
