Build Issue: Missing 'mkbold'.

Unavailable required binary needed to 'make' this project. Please include it.
I've recovered v. 0.11 and attempted to attach it as a .tgz but the upload fails: Failed to upload "mkbold-mkitalic-0.11.tgz"

Compiling and installing mkbold, I get as a result only the 15-pixel font despite many other sizes mentioned in the Makefile. I don't understand why 12pt, 13pt etc are not being built.

My particular interest is in extending this to feature extended TUI glyphs (block drawing, petscii, box-braille).

Thanks for the issue. This shouldn't be a problem with version 2.0, which should be releasing shortly. In addition to bringing in all of the latest glyphs from UW ttyp0, it also switches to yaff file masters, and brings in a new python-based replacement for mkbold/mkitalic that operates directly on those.

As for your glyphs, moving to yaff should make editing these easier to submit as patches, so stay tuned. I'll keep this open in the meantime.
