Custom icons based on regex

We use certain naming conventions for our schemas and entities.
It should be possible to replace the table icon by some other icon (in the object explorer).

For schemas:

• intf_* indicates an interface schema (think about export and import)
• info_* indicates an information schema used for information delivery via dashboards and reports

For entities:

• *_f indicates a fact entity in an information mart
• *_d indicates a dimension in an information mart
• *_h indicates a hub
• *_l indicates a link
• *_s indicates a satellite

Icon library already exists for the graphs, we could re-use those if possible (at least they should be in sync).
