Allow customization of Tabs

Allow removal of any tab: Rows, Structure, Indexes, Constraints, Query, History, Activity or Connection

Use query parameters to hide unwanted navigation tabs:
http://localhost:8081/?hideTabs=rows,structure,indexes,constraints,history,activity

If all available tab items are added accidentally to url params, then by default there will be one navigation tab "Query" that will serve as default.

Be mindful that FlowBI integrates pgweb interface as an iframe in user interface, so query params makes sense in this scenario to easily customize the user interface.
