Since I was a kid I always find myself wondering things and trying to understand the world around me: I am extremely curious. Years to come later, at the university I discovered data science which allowed me to satisfy my curiosity giving me the resources for analyze large amount of data and being able to learn from it.
Learning new things is amazing and pairing this up with the ability to act on it and have a great impact is my long-life desire and goal. I am and will always looking forward to it.
Tech stack I am familiar with
- Python,
- SQL,
- Machine learning and deep learning python packages (scikit-learn, keras, tensorflow)
- Power BI
- Linux OS (Ubuntu specifically)

Technology has became a subject important to all areas of knowledge inside an organization, and the pandemia has accelerated this. For this reason, at BCR we are aiming to work on the internal processes and the collaborators who execute them from a technology or digital perspective. We like to call this as the internal digital transformation.
Key objectives:
- working on re-skilling the people at BCR and give them digital tools for daily usage
- working on understanding the internal processes and proposing transformations on them aiming for efficiency

At Bolsa de Comercio de Rosario we have a large teaching department and I was happily challenged to give a series of Python courses. They were all basic and for non tech background people but still a beatufil experience.
At the moment of writing this section, I have taught a total of three courses of 16 hours each. I was accompanied by @Rodrigo Baccaro: a colleague and friend

I was lucky to be part of Method global community, pairing with colleagues from all over the world and working remotely in several end-to-end data projects. I would like to mention two of these:
- an association problem with social media data for Red Crown client (digital marketing agency), for developing a targeting feature which would find look-a-like users and potential Red Crown customers
- a knee displacement prediction problem, which we were able to solve with a random forest model and survival analysis technique. The data was anonymized from a public health organization from the US
The tech stack used on both projects was primarily python and data science and viz packages

I am a true believer that the world receive each one of us and we ought to aim to leave it in a better position that we'd found it. For this reason I also like to spend some of my spare time in volunteering experiences.
I collaborate in Global Shapers Community, in Rosario Hub as an active participant in projects of my interest and as the Impact Officer role which helps measure the impact of our labor. Global Shapers has three main verticals:
- Sustaintability
- Equity and inclusion
- Eduacation and jobs
These three points are challenged in projects with local impact. Happy to be part of this movement and community.
