When requesting leave of absence the calendar takes into account public holidays

It would be nice if the calendar takes into account public holidays so users don't accidentally request leave for a day that's already a day off.

I believe @sjorsdev is taking a look into this, by revamping the workday feature. This should take into account events (such as holidays, conferences, hackdays etc.) as well as leave days and sick days. Feel free to follow up with @sjorsdev here or f2f
