pip installation errors #17
Description
'pip install pyaffy' in my Anaconda base environment results in a multitude of errors including 'legacy-install-failure', 'setup.py install for scipy ... error', numerous others. Attempted installation in a linux virtual environment with older version of python 3.10.6 showed the same errors. Anyone have any ideas?
