Connection to TAK server with Active Directory backend fails

Describe the bug
A new connection to a TAK server using an AD for user management via the certificate enrollment method results in connection failure .

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new user in Active Directory
2. Open TAK Tracker set up new connection using certificate enrollment method
3. Enter correct information hit start enrollment
4. Status Failed

Expected behavior
TAK Tracker connects to server.

I suspect this is the same bug that we had connecting with TAK Aware and is related to the AD OU structure,
