GoTo Feature doesn't allow negative input

Describe the bug

The new go to feature in build 1.7 does not appear to allow negative coordinate entry, limiting the usefulness of decimal degree coordinates

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to GOTO Modal and attempt to manually enter a negative coordinate

Expected behavior
Allow manual entry of negative coordinates
