Support UAS Tool CoT Properties

**Describe the bug**
TAK Aware should support displaying UAS tool CoT properties including
- SPI Icon
- Home Icon
- FoV


**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Stream from UAS Tool on an atak device and view the resultant data in  TA.
