Allow setting preferred display types and ensure they are consistent everywhere

Currently users can tap on the various elements of info boxes on the map screen and change the type used (for example, Lat/Lon to MGRS, or m/s to mph). However, it's not obvious that this is a capability, and also on the actual info screen for an annotation these settings are not taken into account.

To correct:

1. Add a option in settings for users to choose their preferred display methods (still allowing the tapping to change)
2. Ensure that these settings are honored in the annotation screen.
