The context menu and windows have to be redesigned according to Windows 11 style.
Useful considerations: WPF UI, WinUI 3, Avalonia UI etc. I'm not personally familiar with anything beyond WinWorms.

Currently, after your corrections, the application window to a greater extent, except for the drop-down lists, corresponds to the style of Windows 11 (checkboxes, radio buttons, rounded buttons, etc.). This is pretty good, quite right, that depending on Windows 10 or 11, window elements look exactly in the style of the OS. The only thing is that, as I already mentioned, the drop-down lists are currently not in the style of Windows 11 and have sharp corners and also the elements for setting the radius and polling. And in other moments everything is great. So, perhaps, there is a way to simplify solving this issue and also, the question of the context menu style. Windicator uses exactly that context menu, so I mentioned it. Perhaps it's possible to peek on how it's implemented there, although you mentioned that you don't like to peek 😄

That is, in my opinion, the current layout of the window is good and you can safely leave it as it is. Perhaps, when you deal with the issue of custom actions (commands and hotkeys) where it'll probably be necessary to use some more pop-up windows, some design problems will arise. So far so good for me. It remains only to fix the context menu design.

The problem is that I use the standard plain Windows Forms, and without additional tweaks and hacks it usually looks not very consistent in Windows 11, on high-DPI screens and so on. That's an issue I'm aware of. Maybe I need to rewrite this using WPF, maybe I'll find a way to introduce WinUI3/WinAppSDK into the existing WinForms project, I don't know yet.

So, as I mentioned, maybe a look in the direction of Windicator will be useful. The same context menu is used in PowerToys itself, perhaps it is better documented there and you can look at the implementation. In short, keep this in mind.
