Add Control Tower #44

CloudCheckr recently work on AWS Control Tower integration, as described on this blog: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/awsmarketplace/integrating-the-cloudcheckr-cmx-cloud-management-platform-with-aws-control-tower/
However the required template for this integration is not here yet.
Describe the solution you'd like
I suggest to:
- add new section for AWS Control Tower integration, including CloudFormation template and Lambda functions source code.
- add link to the Implementation guide for How to: https://d1.awsstatic.com/Marketplace/solutions-center/downloads/AWS-CloudCheckr-Implementation-Guide.pdf
Additional context
I previously work with several members of CloudCheckr team to build this integration. Happy to provide pull requests to start this.
