Get Detailed Billing Grouped Filter

I would like the ability to get the details of a detailed billing grouped filter from one account in order to recreate it in another account. Currently the API only provides the ability to create and delete detailed billing grouped filters.

Describe the solution you'd like
An API endpoint such as 'delete_detailed_billing_grouped_filter' which would provide the settings needed to recreate that saved filter in another account

Describe alternatives you've considered
No real alternatives to this. The ability to automate create the grouped filter during onboarding is there but no method to retrieved the details of a filter that already exists.

(not a CloudCheckr employee but) I've heard that CloudCheckr is working to make the platform completely API driven which would necessitate the addition of API calls like this one.
