redis spawn error

After the running the script on Ubuntu 24.04 with the new version 16 and no apps installed.

frappe-bench-redis:frappe-bench-redis-cache: ERROR (spawn error) frappe-bench-redis:frappe-bench-redis-queue: ERROR (spawn error)

result in an error (spawn error). Restarting the services doesn't fix the issue.

I've tried the steps in the readme and redis is available:

Checking the logs:

 maximum number of open files to 10032 (it was originally set to 1024).
