Read and apply configuration on a timely basis

This could be useful for customers that want the configuration to be checked and updated if they do changes to the configuration.

For AD this just is a matter of adding a timer and execute the profile download/compilation/apply process.

For FreeIPA this will require to finish first the replacement for the SSSD part so we can download IPA data on demand.
