Complete branching of fixmath.[c,h] #60
Description
fixmath stuff has been branched to a separate cross platform library project
located at http://code.google.com/p/libfixmath and all developers who ever
modified those files have been given committer rights.
We need to remove the fixmath stuff from sml and modify the code to link
against libfixmath instead, also our build system should be modified to
automatically download (maybe checkout) libfixmath source.
