qemu not built for aarch64 in aarch64 package

The manifest currently contains

                "--target-list=x86_64-softmmu,i386-softmmu"

unconditionally..

the resulting aarch64 package includes qemu-system-i386 and qemu-system-x86_64, not qemu-system-aarch64, so it's not usable ("No KVM").

Boxes currently doesn't support aarch64 guests. So even if qemu was built with aarch64 system support, it wouldn't be usable.

(The WIP rewrite of Boxes will support aarch64 guests, but for now you're out of luck)
