Update flatpak dependencies

I was wondering if you could update the Flatpak dependencies? They seem to be using the ones from this March 2023 commit:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-boxes/-/merge_requests/582.

Also, there are several older manually downloaded dependencies some reference 2020 packages:
https://github.com/flathub/org.gnome.Boxes/blob/master/org.gnome.Boxes.json

Is there a way to automate these updates?
