ISO image download to the HOME directory

I have tested gnome-boxes on Alma Linux 9.5 from flathub. I have a very small home directory. When I start boxes and ask it to download an OS image, it puts it to my $HOME without asking, sending it over quota. I'd like to configure the download location.

For the data files I can simply symlink ~/.var/app/org.gnome.Boxes, but not for the download location.
