Builds with emulators preconfigured just like AOS

I thought it'd be nice if there were some pico launcher builds with more things built in.
I'm currently running pico launcher on an Ace3dsX in a DS Lite with emulators copied over from AOS.

If needed this issue can be moved over to the AOS repo.

The plan will likely be an "Emulator Pack" that you can extract into an existing copy of Pico-Launcher. Pico-Launcher is still being actively developed so this probably be the best way.
