Hello! Thank you once again for creating the gamepads library.

Recently, I resolved most issues on Android using the gamepads library and confirmed normal operation.

However, for some reason, certain key inputs do not work on iOS. To be precise, the Gamepads.events.listen event is not being called.

The analog stick and D-pad buttons (Up/Down/Left/Right) are received normally, but when pressing any other buttons (e.g., A/B/X/Y/L/R/Trigger L-R/Home...), even when printing events, nothing was received.

There doesn't appear to be any additional configuration for iOS in README.md or other example files.
Is there a workaround available for this issue? Or is this a bug?

My tested environment:

  • Device: iPhone 14 Pro / iOS 26
  • GamePad: Xbox Wireless Controller (latest generation)
  • gamepads package version: 0.1.8+2
