CPU load on web version

The CPU load has been fixed on posix (#49) but there is also a high CPU load on the web (it's above 90% for the tab with the ueforth website). Maybe it's also the same on the esp32 version?

a pause? word has been added both for posix and web, but it's not activated in web, and I can't figure out how to do it myself.

@flagxor So far I've tried to add some "sleep" delay (in js) into the context.Update function. It does slow down the interpreter, but the CPU load is still very high (around 94 % with the brave or firefox browser), so it's not a solution.

I suppose it should be possible to add the pause? word somewhere, but I don't know how.
