Cannot scroll horizontally on mobile

When this extension is enabled, we override Flarum's scrolling behavior on the .TextEditor-controls element.

This could make it impossible to access some buttons while on a narrow screen.

This is needed while we find a better workaround for https://github.com/flarum/core/issues/1692
