Tests fail with newer Wayland protocol versions (version mismatch in test_protocol_interface)

Hello!

While running the test suite against recent Wayland libraries, one of the tests fails, It looks like the native Wayland library reports a higher interface version than the one defined in the Python bindings.  

This causes the test `test_protocol_interface` to fail on systems with Wayland ≥ 4.
