BIM/IFC Integration

Is WizFDS planning to have an integration of importing BIM Models (i.e. supporting IFC) in its future releases. The advantage of such an integration would be to use any CAD externally and import the model within WizFDS. Once exported the user can integrate it with FDS

Hi @pgovindraj,

I was considering this but the problem is how to match the current entities (walls, ceilings, ect.) coordinates to FDS mesh.
If you have any ideas share it with me and I'll try to implement it into WizFDS.
