[Split from #2] Create an auto script builder

Create a builder program for auto scripts in the java-like DSL used for custom autos. This appears to be mostly done already.

Commit fc10809: Created very basic HTML/javascript script builder:

Language keywords and required parameters are defined in a javascript map (a hash variable) in the index.html file.

Command names, collected from src\main\java\frc\robot\AutoParser.java are the keys of the map. As AutoParser.java is expanded, the syntax map in index.html will need to be updated to match.

Parameters needed for commands are listed in the arrays stored in the values of the Map. Empty arrays are fine for commands that need no parameters.

Parameters in the arrays are objects with two properties:

1. parametername - values are used as form element IDs and as a text label for the field.
2. parametervalue - single-values are used as input-field hint text, arrays populate drop-down lists.

index.html has one include file defining an array of trajectory files stored in the deploy folder / pushed to the robot's file system.

As new trajectory files are added, run maketrajectorylist.ps1 to re-build the trajectoryfilelist.js file.

These files may change names since a list of pre-defined named robot poses will need to be selectable for planned commands.

Basic UI is setup and create auton commands. Depending how far we want to take this, there are a few things we may want to add.

1. Subroutine builder
2. Macro building

These will need to be implemented within the DSL code and then can be added here.

Functionality is the same as what Adam built above, only real changes are styles:

Commit f5de3a7: Added support for newly added auton commands drivetopose and alignto which both take a robotpose as a parameter.
Renamed maketrajectorylist.ps1 to makeincludes.ps1 and added parsing Constants.java to extract the list of saved robot poses to a new savedRobotPoses.js file.
Made maketrajectorylist.ps1 easier to run from a shortcut by having it change to it's own directory before regenerating the files

It turns out this is more necessary than we thought-- it's really tempting to space-separate the commands when typing an auto script, and pressing space is the DS E-stop.
