Automatic wrist raise

Feature request from James based on seeing practice drives: When the elevator is at its highest point, and the operator is commanding upward movement, raise the wrist.

The wrist already goes up after a cube is collected via the ManualAutoCubePickup -- Might be able to close this

Oh yeah - that's after the cube is collected though. The suggestion here is to do it when the elevator is raised.
