I can't access the HX Tool.

Suddenly I can't access HX Tool, which was working fine before (about a month ago).

Based on the message in the picture, I thought it was an account permission issue, so I checked my account, but the permission was set to API_anlyst.

I changed the permissions to API_admin just in case, and tried to connect, but I still have the same issue and can't connect.

Is there anything else I can do?
