`fs-list`: Tag issues when we remove the Tag Field element

Describe the bug
When we remove the Tag Field element inside the Tag component, we can see a weird behavior. The tags are being added even if we only have one radio button selected.

Expected behavior
I believe it should work properly even if the user doesn't want to show the Tag Field (Category name).
