`fs-list`: List element is still being displayed when we have no results

Describe the bug
When there are no results we show the empty block. But we are still showing the list element with fs-list-element="list".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://attributes-filter.webflow.io/complete-setup-with-dynamic-content
2. Click on the filter "sales"
3. Then click on the filter "Steve Mark"
4. See error
