Thank you for developing and sharing this great tool. I also noticed that the script generate_emission-probs.py appears to be missing from the repository.

While I understand that generating emission probabilities is optional, I’m still very interested in exploring this functionality. Do you have any plans to upload the script?

I found the 'generate_emission-probs.py' here : https://github.com/fiberseq/FiberHMM/releases/tag/v0.1.1-alpha

I don't why they got that out of the code base.
