Add example on InitialStrain in usage guide

We should add a couple of examples in the usage guide on how to use the new InitialStrain class. For example:

• A simple rectangular geometry with pre-stress with and without strain compatibility for demonstrating basic features.
• The slightly more elaborate geometry from feat: Implement InitStrain #262.
