Allow other versions of Laravel

Hi. Your project is great, congratulations! I would suggest you could enable downloading other versions of Laravel. There are some who do not work with the latest versions, so it would be helpful if you could enable it.

Hello How would you actually go about installing larapack on xampp Or a Linux server running apache? I had a look at the readme but not sure how you actually use larapack??? thanks
