Clicking near north pole in co-ords tool wont open co-ords

In projections where you can get right close to a north pole point (e.g, Lambert, Azimuth), using the co-ords info plugin tool near the pole can result in the panel not opening.

Likely the projection to lat/long (or one of the other metrics in the plugin) is failing getting that close to the pole.

Investigate which calculation is failing, and add some fallback logic to maybe put a "cannot calculate" value and still allow the panel to open.
