Attempt to run on Windows

I'm trying to make this app work on Windows (i didn't rebuild or coded anything) but everytime i try to run the app with flask run i get one/two errors of the same kind:

There is a way to fix this? If so, how?
I've been trying to make it work on Ubuntu but it never really worked, especially because of Nxbt, unless somebody can recommend me the right version of any Linux distribution to use, right now i would love if anybody can help me figure out about the error above.
