Move score/remaining balls to top and score number format

Can you add an option to move the score/remaining balls to the top of the screen? At the bottom, these are always obscured by my thumbs.

Additionally, can you add a group separator for the score? E.g. "Score: 12,345,678" or "Reflex shot 25,000"? Makes it more readable.
