Derived quantities for cylindrical and spherical coordinate systems

Granted, we need to rethink how we are going to implement derived quantities in general, but when we do, we should have specific ones for cylindrical and spherical coordinate systems

I'd rather have one user facing object (eg. SurfaceFlux) with more logic to handle different cases rather than three separate ones (eg. SurfaceFlux, SurfaceFluxCylindrical, SurfaceFluxSpherical) with minimal logic in each
