Update policy #164
Description
When can dependencies be updated, at least Go 1.18 (released 2022-03-15, EOL 2023-02-01)?
For example, Go 1.21 introduced compress/xz, maybe the unreleased and unmaintained github.com/xi2/xz can be replaced.
Maybe the deprecated Rosetta requirement could be lifted too? 😄
Does this library not support arm64?
