This project is incompatible with the current edition of Visual Studio

Hi there, i have a problem with the StockAnalyzer.Web.

My VisualStudio2017 cant open this project (incompatible).
I searched the web for a while, installed the .Net Framework 4.6.1 but i cant get rid of this error.
