Fix backup failures

We've started getting the name errors again with the weekly backup tasks. Preliminary investigations show that manually removing the old snapshots fix the issue, but we shouldn't be getting this since the monthly deletion task was created.

• Figure out why we are getting the name error
• Alter the tasks to fix the backup error
