Update OGC complaint pages #6212
Description
What we're after
It has been observed that individuals who file complaints are going to the wrong complaint spaces on FEC.gov. Namely, those who want to file a complaint with the FEC to allege a campaign finance violation should go through OGC's complaint process not the OIG's. We are making some preliminary changes to the OIG landing page, but OGC complaint page updates are also needed.
Initial page updates should include:
- Updated page names to clarify the office or complaint process
- Steps to ensure a complaint is complete
