Move and implement new language changes for state and other restricted filters on the receipts and individual contributions datatables.

Completion criteria

• Filter panel has been updated to move the state or territory filter, accommodate other layout changes, and related text changes

Filter layout changes

Receipts datatable

• State or territory filter moved up, now between City and ZIP code filters
• Restrict contributions moved down, now under Receipt details between Receipt amount and Receipt type
• More source details section removed
• Move explainer text under Report time period filter to under filter header, format like other explainer text

Individual contributions datatable

• State or territory filter moved up, rearranged order for filters now City, State or territory, ZIP code
• More contributor details section removed
• Move explainer text under Report time period filter to under filter header, format like other explainer text

• State or territory filter explainer text:
  When searching by state or territory, and across multiple time periods, choose one or more fields: hard return

  recipient name or ID, source name or ID, city, ZIP code, occupation, employer, or image number.

• Recipient committee type section explainer text:
