the layout is good
the css is good
the ui for filters needs a way to modify multiple filters at once without issuing a request for each change
complex queries should be cached so that one can navigate between pages of a large dataset without having to requery every time
maybe have a way for the people to acquire the data themselves in bulk so they can slice and dice with their favorite tools locally
