Implement access to AZ DevOps #14
Description
access to AZ Devops is needed, and the easyest way to access it is via az cli.
An extension has to be installed, and then we can access using a PAT generated in our portal. It would be goo to work with multiple projects, but not necessary for now.
New settings are needed to hold the information and update things
