POC Success Demo Script

At the end of the first vertical slice we should be able to demo:

1. Start Daneel locally.
2. Open the dashboard in the browser.
3. Show that gateway status loads from OpenClaw.
4. Show that agents are fetched through the adapter.
5. Show the graph of agents and relationships.
6. Trigger a manual refresh and show updated state.
