Support Decodeof en and em dash expressed in tex file via -- and --- #2

I could not figure this myself easily out. IMHO it would be desirable adding support for decoding en and em dash written in the tex file via -- and --- would be part. I only write them this way. I guess most other people are doing this as well. Thank you for your tool.
