Bug: Error when placing an abbey at open river piece

If an abbey is placed at an open river piece, the game crashes. See screenshot and savegame.

Ok. So it is error. But currious is placement of 1st tile, which created "U" turn. Which disallow placement of other tile to finish that "unfinished" branch of River.
@farin can you check also placement of RI.2/CcII+, because it hould not be allowed to place this tile in this rotation, due to "U" turn. Thanks.
