DISM Health Check shows no output on x64 (works on ARM64)

Description

When clicking on the DISM Health Check diagnostic result, no output is displayed on x64 systems, even when running as administrator. The same feature works correctly on ARM64.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the application as administrator on an x64 system
2. Run diagnostics
3. Click on the DISM Health Check result
4. No output/details are shown

Expected Behavior

DISM Health Check should display the health check results similar to ARM64 behavior.

Environment

• Architecture: x64 (issue present)
• Architecture: ARM64 (works correctly)
• Admin privileges: Yes

Notes

This may be related to:

• Different DISM command output parsing between architectures
• Path differences for DISM.exe
• Output encoding differences
